At Upway, the Tech & Product team builds with heart for our consumers, professional merchants and operations teams. We create advanced pricing and scalable sourcing channels to acquire e-bikes, run the most efficient operations in our UpCenters to restore them to their prime, and provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience online.
We are hiring our first Product Manager to create the next set of features for our users. You will:

Become the go-to expert on our customers and merchants across all our markets by deeply understanding their needs and pain points. You'll analyze the data we collect and lead user research to gain quantitative and qualitative insights, build your knowledge, and shape the product roadmap.

Build delightful product features from scratch, leading both the discovery and delivery phases in collaboration with software engineers, designers and other internal stakeholders.

Monitor and measure the impact of the products you launch, and use insights to continually improve and iterate.
Profil recherché
Ownership and accountability: you have an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for connecting with customers, deeply understanding their journey, and taking full ownership of the conception and success of your products. You thrive in a dynamic environment where flexibility is key and unnecessary bureaucracy is nonexistent!
Attention to detail: you have a knack for crafting clean product requirements and a sharp, consumer-first eye to build delightful, user-friendly products.
Analytical skills: you are data-driven, intellectually honest and rigorous. You’re comfortable conducting analyses autonomously to identify opportunities, define success and measure the impact of your products. You are comfortable writing SQL queries and running A/B tests.
Past experience: you bring 3-5 years of experience in Operations or Strategy roles and embody the values and skills outlined above. Experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of collaborating with engineering, design, and business functions is a plus but not required.
Languages: fluency in English is required, German or French is a plus.

Il/elle sera chargé(e) de guider les visiteurs de notre site internet tout au long de leur processus d’achat de vélo, avant et après la vente, et de s’assurer que leur achat en ligne de vélo Upway est une expérience d'achat inoubliable.
Le poste est en présentiel à Gennevilliers (92), et à pourvoir pour février 2025.
